Mike has close on 30 years’ experience of working in the catering & hospitality sectors at various specialist food agencies. He has worked with clients including Carluccio’s, Coca-Cola, Freshii, M&S, Nando’s, PepsiCo, Sainsbury’s & Youngs.
59club has been setting the benchmark for customer service excellence in the hotel & leisure sectors for over 10 years. Over this period it has harvested enormous data & customer behaviour patterns which have been applied to deliver incremental revenues at specific points along the customer journey.
Mike is now applying these data sets to the restaurant, licensed and food to go sectors. This will facilitate operators to effectively monetise each aspect of the customer experience thereby delivering enhanced performance and improved colleague & customer engagement. He will expand on this holistic approach to analysing customer service during his presentation at the Marketing Conference.
